筛选出的12个重复性、多态性好的随机引物，扩增出96个位点，分子量在350~2000bp，共享带数为17条，多态性82.29%，说明沙皮犬存在丰富的遗传多样性。
The electrophoresis results of RAPD showed that 12 primers produced 96 bands with molecular weight ranged 350 ~ 2 000 bp and the shared bands was 17 with polymorphism rate of 82.29 % . This showed the rich genetic diversity of the Chinese Shar-pei in its origin place .
