目的：观察滋阴潜阳法对二肾一夹肾性高血压模型大鼠（2K1C-RHR）的治疗作用及神经免疫调节，从神经免疫调节角度探讨滋阴潜阳法的作用机制。

Objective : To observe the effect of Zi yin Qian yang on depressing the hypertension of two kidney one clamp renal hypertension rat ( 2K1C RHR ) and explore its mechanism of neuro immunoregulation .

结论：滋阴潜阳法改善了阴虚阳亢型2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者的血糖水平，在改善中医临床症状、体征方面有明显的优势。

Conclusions : Nourishing Yin and suppressing yang method improves 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension of type deficiency of yin and excess of yang , in improving the blood glucose levels of TCM clinical symptoms , signs aspect have the obvious advantage .

滋阴潜阳法与活血通络法对预防急性脑梗塞1年后复发率分别为13.2%和24.2%，差异有显著意义（P<0.05）。
