本文对平衡计分卡和知识管理进行整合研究，提出了知识平衡计分卡（KBSC）和基于KBSC的知识管理模型，并介绍了应用这个模型的步骤与方法。
This paper tries to propose a theoretical model for using BSC method to manage knowledge effectively , and further introduces the steps and measures in applying this model into the real business world .
