目的：探讨翼腭窝区病变的CT表现特点。

Objective : to discuss the CT characteristics of the pathological changes involved the pterygopalatine fossa ( PPF ) .

资料与方法：26例翼腭窝区病变的病人皆行CT冠状和横断扫描，所得影像资料与其病理结果相对照进行分析。

Materials and Method : CT imaging ( axial and coronal ) of 26 patients with lesions affected PPF were collected .

目的通过对鼻腔-鼻窦-翼腭窝（pterygomaxillaryfossa，PMF）-颞下窝（infratemporalfossa，ITF）手术入路的相关结构进行解剖，为手术入路提供解剖学基础。

[ Objective ] To provide anatomy base of the operative route by dissecting the dependency structure of nasal cavity-nasal sinus-PMF-ITF .

本文报告了82例翼腭窝病变的CT、MRI表现，发现该窝病变以继发肿瘤侵犯为主，其中多见于上颌窦癌和鼻咽癌。

CT and MRI findings of 82 cases of pterygopalatine fossa lesion were presented . It was found that the lesion was mainly caused by the invasion of secondary tumors , which could be commonly seen in the carcinoma of maxillary sinus and nasopharyngeal carcinoma .

对鼻腔、口咽、咽旁间隙、颈动脉鞘区、颞下窝、翼腭窝和颅底骨质侵犯的检出，CT、MRI和PET-CT无明显差异；

There was no obvious difference among CT , MRI and PET-CT in the ability to detect invasion into other tissues , such as the nasal cavity , oral pharynx , parapharyngeal space , carotid sheath area , infratemporal fossa , sphenomaxillary fossa and sclerotic invasion of the basion .

Objective : This article is to compare research with Attenborough 's surgical approach and modified Barbosa approach to expose tumors in the pterygopalatine fossa and affect functions postoperatively .

结果：原发于翼腭窝的肿瘤患者4例，1例采用Attenborough手术进路，3例采用改良Barbosa手术进路；

Results : One patient of four patients with primary tumor in the pterygopalatine fossa used Attenborough surgical approach , other three patients used the modified Barbosa surgical approach ;

上颌神经翼腭窝段在翼腭窝内向前外侧斜行，出圆孔处距上颌骨体后壁的距离为4.98±1.35mm。

The maxillary nerve travels in anterior and lateral direction in pterygopalatine fossa . The distance was 4.98 1.35mm from foramen rotundum to posterior wall of maxillary sinus .

继发性翼腭窝肿瘤11例，5例源于腮腺深叶的肿瘤均采用Attenborough手术进路，另6例选用改良Barbosa手术进路。
