邮寄送达

邮寄送达的，必须保留邮寄凭证。邮寄凭证上注明的邮寄日期为送达日期。

In the event of service by post , certificate of mailing shall be retained , and the date of posting as indicated on the certificate shall be deemed as the date of service .

申请人拒绝领取的，受理机构可以邮寄送达。

If the applicant refuses to get the decision certificate , the accepting institution may serve the document by post .
