Nano-copper / polyacrylonitrile composite fiber was prepared by the reaction between the modified polyacrylonitrile fibers and Cu (ⅱ) ions in the solution . The reaction was carried out in water bath of 30 ℃ for 60 min using formaldehyde as reducing agent and silver nitrate as active reagent .
