目的：分析N-钙黏蛋白在缺血再灌注大鼠心脏中的表达分布特征与心肌结构功能的关系。方法：实验于2004-10在新乡医学院形态实验室完成。

AIM : To investigate the relation between the distribution of N-cadherin expression in myocardial tissues and myocardial structure and function of rats with ischemia reperfusion .

方法将新乡医学院2002级8个班（284人）学生分成两组，采用对比实验教学、问卷调查等方法进行研究分析。

Methods Two hundred and eighty-four students from 8 classes of grade 2002 in Xinxiang Medical College were divided into two groups , trial group and control group . Contrast trial teaching questionnaire survey were performed to research and analyze .

To solve the problem of inadequate resources for the training medical postgraduates , Xinxiang Medical College to establish a joint training base outside of clinical medicine postgraduate ( hereinafter called the base ) for the active exploration and practice .

方法：选择2004-06/2005-05经新乡医学院一附院骨外科检查确诊拟行全髋置换手术的患者40例。

METHODS : Totally 40 patients diagnosed in the Department of Orthopaedics Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College between June 2004 and May 2005 were chosen into the study , and would be operated with total hip replacement .

材料：实验在新乡医学院生理实验室及药物研究室完成。选择健康昆明种小鼠100只用跳台法实验和电迷宫法实验，每个实验组各50只。

MATERIALS : Study was performed in the Laboratory of Physiology and the Institute of Pharmaceuticals of Xinxiang Medical College from January to December in 2002 . A total of 100 healthy Kunming mice were selected for platform and electric maze experiments with 50 mice in each experiment .
