方法：将60例鼻咽癌病人随机分为两组，观察组30例，放疗期间使用皮肤保护剂。对照组30例，按常规皮肤护理。
Methods : 60 patients with NPC were divided randomly into observation group ( 30 cases , nursing with skin protectant during radiotherapy ) and contrast group ( 30 cases , nursing routinely ) .

结论：皮肤保护剂能降低鼻咽癌放疗皮肤反应发生率。
Conclusion : Skin protectant can significantly decrease skin damage incidence caused by radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma .
