肝活组织检查

方法：31例慢性乙肝患者，进行超声引导下经皮穿刺肝活组织检查，用美国Bard自动活检枪，16G穿刺针。

Methods : Ultrasound - guided liver biopsy are performed on 31 patients with chronic B-typed hepatitis , with Bard automated biopsy gun and 16-gauge cutting needle .

本文对120例各型病毒性肝炎进行了肝活组织检查，并与临床做了对照分析。

Through needle biopsy of liver , the author has diagnosed 120 cases with viral hepatitis of all kinds , and carried out cross-check analysis with clinical diagnosis .

B超或CT导向下的肝穿刺活组织检查能明确诊断；

治疗组5例肝活组织病理检查证实，肝脏纤维组织减少。

The pathological examination of 5 cases showed the fibrous tissues reduced obviously .

6例进行肝穿刺活组织检查，病理诊断为慢性活动性肝炎3例，其中2例合并肝硬化；慢性迁延性肝炎1例，小胆管炎2例。

Liver biopsy in 6 patients showed 3 with chronic active hepatitis among which 2 were complicated with liver cirrhosis , 1 chronic persistent hepatitis and 2 cholangitis .
