This dissertation believes that four kinds of knowledge exist in a corporation organization : individual tacit knowledge , individual explicit knowledge , organization explicit knowledge and organization tacit knowledge . And the organization tacit knowledge ( organization culture ) is important to the entire capability of enterprise organization .
