Methods From January 1998 to August 2003,88 patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage were performed various interventions including uterine packing , bilateral hypogastric artery ligation ( BHAL ), transcatheter arterial embolization ( TAE ) and others .

方法分析1998年1月至2003年8月间，采用宫腔填塞纱布（塞纱）、盆腔动脉结扎、经导管动脉栓塞术等干预性措施的88例难治性产后出血病人的临床资料。

Eleven cases of advanced primary carcinoma of the vagina were treated with combined arterial chemotherapy and irradiation from Jan. 1979 to Dec. 1984 . 本文报告1979年1月至1984年12月收治的11例晚期原发性明道癌经动脉插管化疗、腔内置镭及~（60）钴体外放射的综合治疗的具体方法、临床效果及初步体会。

Results : Of these 12 patients , 11 cases had contrast medium extravasation demonstrated by hypogastric arteriography ; 2 cases had main branches of hypogastric artery interruption , 1 case showed diffuse spasm of branches of hypogastric artery and bleeding of inferior splenic artery .

结果：髂内动脉造影显示对比剂血管外溢11例，伴髂内动脉主要分支断流2例，1例仅表现为髂内动脉分支广泛痉挛伴脾下极动脉出血；
