两组均给予颈静脉内rt-PA溶栓辅予相同的常规治疗。

12例行有限切开内固定并辅以外固定，其中应用外固定支架者2例，辅以石膏托者10例。

12 patients had limited open reduction and internal fixation coupled with external fixation , which include 2 patients with the external fixation apparatus and 10 patients with plaster splint .

22例行切开复位胫骨远端解剖钢板内固定，23例行有限切开内固定辅以外固定。

During operation , 22 patients had fractures open reduced and internal fixation with anatomical plate , 23 patients had limited open reduction and internal fixation coupled with external fixation .
