根据不同的医防合作组织形式和经济发展水平，选择浙江省东阳市、上海长宁区、广西凭祥市和广西南宁市作为研究现场。

According to the coorperation approaches and economic levels , we chose Zhejiang Dongyang , Shanghai Changing , Guangxi Pingxiang and Guangxi Naning as the study fields .

凭祥市位于中国广西西南端的边境线上，是一个口岸城市，地处祖国南部，素有“祖国南大门”的美誉，是中国距离东盟国家最近的国际化城市。

Pingxiang , a port city on the border of the southwest Guangxi Autonomous Region , is well-known as South Gate of China for lying in south China , and it is the nearest international city to ASEAN for China .

[目的]了解凭祥市达到基本消灭疟疾标准后，所采取监测措施是否适合本地防治需要，为了巩固防治成果，总结防治经验，及今后疟疾防治工作提供科学依据。

[ Objective ] To explore that whether the local surveillance measure suited the need of malaria control after Pingxiang reached malaria-elimination standard , in order to solidify the achievement and provide scientific basis for subsequent control and prevention of malaria .
