Results Subjects with colonic cancer had higher CEA serum levels than those with polyps or normal mucosa , and the levels at the Dukes D stage were different from those in stages A , B and C.

结果显示大肠癌的P21蛋白表达的阳性率为53.1%，而在大肠息肉中仅见1例有P21的弱阳性表达。

The result revealed that the positive rate of p21 protein expression in large intestine carcinoma was 53.19 % ; whereas only one case of large intestine polyp showed slightly positve .
