脉冲CO2激光与38%氟化氨银对人牙本质抗脱矿的联合效应

Synergistic Effect on Acid Resistance in Human Dentine as a Function of Pulsed CO_2 Laser Irradiation Combined with 38 % Ag ( NH_3 ) _2F

方法：以50%五倍子提取液为实验药物，38%氟化双氨银[Ag（NH3）2F]，2%氟化钠（NaF）为阳性对照，去离子水为阴性对照。

Method : 50 % Chinese nutgall soaked liquid was used as experimental medicine , 38 % Ag ( NH3 ) 2F and 2 % NaF were used as positive controls , while the deionised water as negative control .

方法：建立去有机质釉质模型，分别以30mg/ml五倍子水提取物、2%氟化钠、38%氟化氨银、10%硝酸银及去离子水处理去有机质釉质及正常釉质，采用化学法制备釉质人工龋。

Method : Set non-organic enamel model . Treat normal enamel samples and non-organic enamel samples with 30 mg / ml Chinese nutgall , 2 % NaF , 38 % Ag ( NH_3 ) _2F , 10 % AgNO_3 and deionized water respectively .
