以葡萄糖酸锌作为锌强化剂，采用浸吸法使锌强化剂渗透到大米中并得到保留。

The zinc was infiltrated into the rice by means of soaking the rice in zinc gluconate solution , a Zn enrichment reagent .

若把氰化钠耗量降低50%，氰化钠浓度控制在0.013%～0.014%时，浸吸35.2h仍可保证尾渣0.10g/t，尾液0.020g/m3的指标。

At a 50 % reduction in sodium cyanide consumption and 0.013 % ~ 0.014 % controlled sodium cyanide concentration , a 34.4 h leaching and adsorption could still ensure a 0.10 g / t tailings slag and a 0.020 g / m 3 barren solution .

在此条件下所得浸提液的吸光值可达0.286，即每克干竹叶的浸提液中含有黄酮12.41mg，则可得浸提率为90.59%。

At these conditions , the absorbency of extracting solution could reach 0.286 , the extracting rate was 90.59 % .
