结果1999年共在9个县(区)报告肠出血性大肠埃希菌O157:H7感染性腹泻并发急性肾衰病例95例,死亡83例,病死率87.37%。
Results 95 severe O157 : H7 infected patients with acute renal failure in 9 counties and districts of 2 municipalities were reported in Jiangsu province , 1999 while 83 of the patients died with a death rate of 87.37 % .

目的:构建对肠上皮细胞粘附缺陷的肠出血性大肠埃希菌O157∶H7(EHECO157)突变株,为体内、体外研究其粘附机制提供可用工具。
Objective : To construct an EHEC O157 ∶ H7 mutant which deficient in adherence to Caco-2 Cells in order to obtain a tool useful for researching the adherence mechanism in vitro and in vivo .
