零就业家庭

我在基层曾经访问过一些零就业家庭，一个家庭没有一个人就业，真是毫无生气，没有希望。

I once visited some zero-employment families . When none of the family members has a job , the entire family is listless and hopeless .

2002～2007年，北京市从业人数年均增加30万人以上，基本上消除了城乡零就业家庭。

From 2002 to 2007 , the employed population in Beijing increased by more than 300,000 every year . There was basically no unemployment .

此外，还需通过大力发展第三产业、完善社会保障体系、健全社会援助体系等深层次的举措来帮助零就业家庭人员更好地实现就业。

In addition , we need to upgrade and optimize industrial structure , vigorously develop the tertiary industry and social assistance system to help the " zero employment family " realize better employment .

做好零就业家庭和困难家庭失业人员安置工作。同时还必须建立油田就业再就业工作长效机制，具体包括建立油田就业再就业工作的目标机制、政策落实机制、市场就业机制及教育教育培训机制。

What 's more , we must build a long-acting mechanism of employment and re employment of Jianghan Oilfield which includes mechanism of targets , mechanism of implementing policy , mechanism of market employment and mechanism of training and education .
