验资证明

资金信用证明、验资证明或者资金担保；

A certificate of its credit worthiness , a certificate of the verification of its capital or a guarantee for its capital ;

合作公司将根据验资证明向双方签发出资证明书，证明双方在合作公司中拥有的股权利益。

The CJV shall issue an investment certificate to each of the Parties based on the capital verification certificate , certifying the Parties'equity interests in the CJV .

发起人姓名或者名称，发起人认购的股份数、出资种类及验资证明；

The name or title of the promoter , the amount of shares as subscribed by the promoter , the category of contributed capital as well as the capital verification certification ;

第二十八条公司变更注册资本的，应当提交具有法定资格的验资机构出具的验资证明。

Article 28 A company which changes its registered capital shall submit the investment verification certificate issued by a legally authorized investment verification authority .

发行股份的股款缴足后，必须经法定的验资机构验资并出具证明

" After payment in full has been made for the shares issued , an authorized investment verification authority must verify the investments and issue an investment verification certificate . "
