本研究基于好氧发酵仓式堆肥系统，研究了城市污泥处理过程中温度、含水率、pH、有机质、水溶性有机碳、总氮和发芽指数等指标参数的变化规律。

The changes of chemical parameters , such as temperature , moisture , pH , organic matter , water soluble organic carbon , total nitrogen and germination index were studied during the whole composting process .

结果表明，随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增大，对种子萌发的抑制作用明显增强，种子活力指数、发芽指数、幼胚一级侧根数比发芽势对NaCl胁迫的反应更敏感。

The results showed that as NaCl concentration rose , the inhibitive effects on the seed germinations obviously increased and the vital indexes , germination indexes , the number of the first order of lateral root on the seed embryos more sensitively responded .
