仲裁申请书

仲裁申请书应由申请人及/或申请人授权的代理人签名及/或盖章。

The Application for Arbitration shall be signed by , and / or affixed with the seal of , the Claimant and / or the authorized agent of the Claimant .

第二十二条当事人申请仲裁，应当向仲裁委员会递交仲裁协议、仲裁申请书及副本。

Article 22 The party applying for arbitration shall submit to an arbitration commission the arbitration agreement , an application for arbitration and copies thereof .

在提交仲裁申请书时，附具申请人请求所依据的事实的证明文件。

Attach to the Request for Arbitration the relevant evidence supporting the facts on which the Claimant 's claim is based .

被申请人收到仲裁申请书副本后，应当在仲裁规则规定的期限内向仲裁委员会提交答辩书。

Upon receipt of a copy of the arbitration application , the respondent shall , within the time limit prescribed by the arbitration rules , submit its defence to the arbitration commission .

当事人协议不开庭的，仲裁庭可以根据仲裁申请书、答辩书以及其他材料作出裁决。

If the parties agree not to hold a hearing , the arbitration tribunal may render an award in accordance with the arbitration application , the defence statement and other documents .
