叩法

对10例胸腰段损伤截瘫和10例颈髓损伤四肢瘫病人以膀胱叩击法诱发自主神经过度反射，膀胱叩击前和叩击3分钟后分别测定血浆中去甲基肾上腺素（NE）浓度。

We elicited autonomic hyperreflexia with percussion of bladder on patients with spinal cord injury ( 10 with cervical spinal cord injury and 10 with thoraco lumbar spinal cord injury ) . Before and during percussion of bladder , the NE in plasma were measured .

治疗组：应用梅花针叩刺法治疗。

Treatment group were given plum-blossom needling therapy .

Objective To explore the effects of sputum excretion with rolling machine beating ( TMK2000-Y01 ) and artificial beating used in senile patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) .

结论振动排痰机的排痰效果优于人工叩背排痰法。

ConclusionThe effect of discharging sputum with machine vibration is better than percussion on back .

除3例骨折（裂）患者外，均接受梅花针叩刺加拔罐法治疗。

EXcept for 3 cases complicated with fracture , all were treated with tapping and pricking using plum blossom needles , followed by fire cupping .
