  16. 结果肾虚组与对照组比较,具有以下听力学特征:高频听力下降(P<0.05),SISI试验得分增高(P<0.05,P<0.01),ABR测试ILD增大,波Ⅰ、波Ⅴ潜伏期延长(P<0.05)。

    Results Compared with control groups , the Kidney Deficiency patients had a hearing loss in high frequencies , SISI test score was high , ABR wave I , wave V latency and ILD were longer ( P < 0 . 05 , P < 0 . 01 ) .

  17. 结论:ALHL以突发的低音调耳鸣,听力减退和耳闷为主要表现,常单耳发病,听力学定位诊断提示为蜗性病变,仅累及低频区。

    Conclusion : ALHL patients are clinically characterized by low-tone tinnitus , aural fullness and hearing loss , which mainly involve unilateral ear . Audiological findings indicate cochlear impairment , which only invades low frequency region .
