自1984年中德合作建立哈尔滨焊接技术培训中心后，已为中国培训各类焊接人员2万余人，更重要的是，为把国际现代焊接技术培训体系引入到中国做出了极为重要的贡献。
Since Harbin Welding Training Institute was found by cooperating of China and Germany in 1984 , it has trained all kinds of welding personnel 20 000 and it made important contribution to introduction of international welding training to China .
