目的观察庆大霉素PMMA珠链在慢性骨髓炎治疗中应用的临床疗效。

Objective To observe Gentamicin PMMA chain in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis .

结果：6例中急、慢性骨髓炎及骨脓肿各2例，CT诊断正确4例，定性困难1例，误诊1例，平片诊断正确2例。

Results : From the six cases , there were two cases of acute osteomyelitis , chronic osteomyelitis and Brodie 's abscess each . CT made a correct diagnosis in 4 , misdiagnosis in 1 and was difficult to make a diagnosis in one .

应用庆大霉素-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（PMMA）预防人工关节置换术后感染和治疗慢性骨髓炎等38例，疗效满意。

We have observed 38 cases of treatment of chronic osteomyelitis and prevention of sepsis after artificial joint replacement with Gentamycin-PMMA .

结论采用VSD治疗创伤性慢性骨髓炎具有引流充分、炎症控制快、创面肉芽组织生长快、骨髓炎复发率低的优点。

Conclusion Application of VSD in treating traumatic chronic osteomyelitis can drain thoroughly , control inflammation faster , promote granulation tissue , and decrease the rate of recurrence .

继发感染主要表现为慢性骨髓炎和骨膜炎，关节破坏主要为完全或不完全脱位、甚者似夏科（Charcot）氏关节，有的为关节面模糊，关节间隙狭窄及关节强直或融合。

Secondary infections in them mainly included chronic osteomyelitis and periostitis . Joint destruction presented as complete and incomplete dislocations , of which severe ones are like Charcot 's arthropathy and some of them showed obscurity of articular surface , stenosis of joint space and ankylosis or joint fusion .
