方法：通过调查本院2002~2004年药库明细帐和300份病历，使用药物利用研究方法和PASS系统，分析本院营养支持药物的用药结构、用药合理性等。

Methods : The structure and rationality of nutrient support drug utilization in this hospital were analyzed through investigating the detailed records of the dispensary during 2002-2004 and 300 medical records by means of drug utilization research method and PASS system examination .

方法：采用WHO推荐的以DDD数为指标的药物利用研究方法，计算我院抗精神病药的销售金额、用药频度、日用药金额等指标并进行排序。

Were computed and ranked with DDD taken as an index ( a drug utilization review method recommended by WHO ) .

方法：采用WHO推荐应用的以DDDs为指标的药物利用研究方法，对随机抽取的我院287例手术病例的抗菌药预防应用情况及术后感染的情况进行分析。

METHODS : Using a drug usage research method which takes WHO - recommended DDDs as parameter , we analyse the prophylactic application of antimicrobials and postoperative infections in 287 operation cases in this hospital .

方法：借助CHKD数据库，检索1994年~2004年已发表的国内糖尿病用药文献，对糖尿病用药的药物利用研究性文章进行综述。

METHODS : We retrieved the domestic literatures about drugs used for diabetes published during 1994 ~ 2004 by means of CHKD database , and reviewed literatures about the use of antidiabetics .

药物利用研究最初局限于药物上市后消费量的研究，随着市场经济的发展和药品消费结构的变化，医疗卫生制度的改革，DUR得到社会的普遍关注。

DUR is limited by the consumption of new arrival drugs at the beginning . With the development of market economy , structural variety of drugs consumption , and institutional reformation in hygiene medical treatment , the DUR gets social widespread concern .
