方法人回盲肠癌细胞HCT-8接种到BALB/C雌性裸小鼠腹部皮下，按预期方案进行氟尿嘧啶+高能聚焦超声刀治疗。

Methods Human ileocecal carcinoma cells ( HCT-8 ) were inoculated into the abdomen subcutis of BALB / C-nu / nu femal nude mice .

结论化疗药物氟尿嘧啶与物理治疗高能聚焦超声刀的有效结合对人回盲肠癌裸鼠肿瘤的治疗有一定效果。
