个体经济组织

本条例所称用人单位，是指特区内招用员工的企业、国家机关、事业组织、社会团体、个体经济组织。

" Employer " in these regulations means the enterprises , institutions , social groups and personal business organizations in Special Zone that need to recruit an employee .

我国现行的劳动立法规定企业、个体经济组织、国家机关、事业组织、社会团体和与之建立劳动关系的劳动者适用本法。
