典章

作者程俱编写此书的直接目的是为了整理和保存北宋典章，给重建的南宋秘书省树立一个据以遵循模仿的典范。

Cheng Ju , the author , compiled this book in order to sort out and preserve the institutions of the Northern Song Dynasty and set up a paradigm for the Secretary Ministry of the Southern Song Dynasty to follow and imitate .
